The EFS Made-to-measure Test Benches

The test benches are where EFS gets to bring together all of its most innovative technology to create made-to-measure, state-of-the-art machines that are fully adapted to our clients' diverse needs.
These benches will enable you to perform specific tests or complete system testing in Research and Development or in Quality Control applications. We also offer Production test benches, specially designed to test multiple elements simultaneously on a production line.

Quality Control Bench

  • Performs endurance tests and diagnostic analysis

  • ECU can be separated from the injector, enabling you to observe behaviour over time, degradation, etc

  • Visualization of tolerance range

  • Different set-ups enable you to verify the injection rate as well as comparing the shot-to-shot flow on several different measurement channels
