The custom-built EFS Production test benches are designed to allow you a maximum of flexibility in determining the testing cycles that correspond to your application. What's more, our trademark shot-to-shot flow measurement equipment will give you immediate results, saving you both time and money.
Typically, a production bench will be equipped with the MCF Multi-Cylinder Flowmeter providing you with simultaneous shot-to-shot measurement of 6 channels (more as an option) enabling you to detect anomalies immediately. The dedicated software will enable you to see when measurements fall outside of the tolerance ranges by means of an intuitive graphic interface. The software provides a list of your products and will launch the appropriate test cycle for the products to be tested. At the end of the test cycle, a go-nogo is generated. All product tests are recorded and stored giving you total tracability. An Ethernet link for data consultation and for installing new cycle tests for new products are standard features. A bar-code reader option can also be installed to simplify the product identification process.
