This module has been specially designed for use with the ITB 234V Vision test bench. It manages the synchronization of all the different pieces of equipment that make up the test bench: it handles the injector driving by means of an IPoD power module as well as driving the camera, the fog extraction system and the two laser light sources.
The ICU provides the TTL command signals for :
• injector driving
• Injetvision equipment driving
The ICU system drives the injector with a temporal resolution of 0.1µs. It can handle from 1-10 injections per revolution at frequencies of between 0.1 and 10 Hertz. Two modes are available : signal generator mode - the driving is based on parameters entered by the user in the Supervision PC; one-shot mode where the module receives external information which then synchronizes the execution of a single injection cycle. With the ICU, one single device controls all the equipment required for the system.
The easy-to-use software will enable you to programme all the parameters relative to the injection.
