The ICU module, which replaces the ECU/MCM functions in a vehicles, generates logic signals to drive up to 6 injectors with 10 injections per revolution and a frequency range of 0.5 Hz to 50 Hz or 30 to 3000 rpm. It works in conjunction with the IPoD power modules.

The ICU provides the TTL command signals for driving up to 6 injectors as standard and up to 18 injectors as an option. The ICU system drives the injector with an angular resolution of 0.1° (given by an encoder fixed onto the camshaft) or a temporal resolution of 0.1µs. The angular resolution is synchronized with the 1/rev and 3600/rev signals. Two modes are available: signal generator mode - the driving is based on parameters entered by the user in the Supervision PC; in external mode the equipment is synchronized with your pump with the 1/rev and 3600/rev inputs. With the ICU, the equipment can be used for injection or motor test benches.
