This unit handles the regulation of high pressure in common rail diesel injection systems. It comes in a 3U 19" rack format and is driven by a supervision PC by means of a serial link.
This regulator is designed to replace the ECU or MCM in a testing environment and can adapt to various types of pump and rail systems, independently of the type of pressure sensor used. Up to 4 actuator driving boards can be placed in each rack enabling different types of pressure regulation:
• asynchronous regulation on the rail
• output regulation of the high pressure pump
• input regulation of the low pressure pump
• input regulation of the high pressure pump and low pressure output
