Spray Analyzer is an image processing software designed for automatic morphological analysis of injector jets (diesel or petrol). Its primary functions are the acquisition and processing of images as well as the presentation of the results. The results are provided in the form of pictures, charts or tables.

By processing images from different stages of each injection, this software will provide you with exhaustive information about numerous jet parameters: spray tip penetration, jet opening angle, spray cone angle, spray area, spray volume, alpha and lambda spray angles with localization. When used with the Injetvision System, Spray Analyzer guarantees full control of the application: bench control, fault and error management, in addition to the standard image acquisition / processing. By processing several images simultaneously, Spray Analyzer will also provide you with the means to analyze jet behavior over time - this in turn determines the probability of jet presence giving you the user precious information about repeatability. A set of intuitive user interfaces for use, set-up and maintenance make the Spray Analyzer rapid and easy to use.
