The Injetvision
System
- an overview
The Injetvision system is designed to give you an exhaustive analysis of jets coming from high-pressure diesel injectors in an inert atmosphere. Two options are available: the Injetvision chamber can be fitted into an existing test bench or it can come as part of a made-to-measure EFS Vision test bench.
The Injetvision system allows you to visualize the behaviour of injector jets inside a specially designed chamber capable of withstanding pressure of up to 50 bars, faithfully reproducing the combustion conditions in an engine. A fog extraction system fitted to the chamber guarantees reproducibility by returning the chamber to its initial conditions between injections. High intensity flash lighting provides instantaneous images of the different stages of the injection. This information is then processed by the Spray Analyzer software which will provide the results in different graphic formats, giving you detailled information about all the morphological jet parameters. The Injetvision system in a test bench gives you the added advantage of continuous shot-to-shot measurement.
