The Injetvision jet visualization system
The state-of-the-art Injetvision system is designed to enable visualization of high-pressure diesel injector jets in an inert atmosphere, thus accurately reproducing combustion conditions in a motor. With a high-speed camera capturing an image every 100µs the system will give you exhaustive morphological information about injector behaviour. What's more, the dedicated Injetvision software Spray Analyzer will enable you to predict the shot-to-shot repeatability of the injector as well as providing vital statistical information. For an overview of Injetvision...
The vision chamber
-
Standards-compliant steel cavity with up to 4 reinforced visualization portholes capable of withstanding pressure of up to 50 bars
-
Complete pressure control system driving gas back pressure
-
Fog extraction system cleans the chamber automatically after each injection, guaranteeing neutral conditions
-
High-quality semi-conductor lighting ensuring extremely detailed images
-
Image acquisition by an intensified camera - instantaneous imaging minimum exposure time 200ns
-
Different injector holders to reproduce the injector position inside the cylinder head
The complete Injetvision test bench
-
All the features of a standard test bench with the advantages of an incorporated Injetvision system
-
Ideal for Research and Development applications
-
Continuous shot-to-shot measurement provides reliable, predictive information about jet behaviour
-
Supervision system drives test cycles automatically
-
Injector holders
-
Three different holders enable the Injetvision system to adapt to any commercially available injector :
› upright injectors
-
› rotating upright injectors for isolating a single spray
-
› offset injectors
-
Reproduces the injector set-up found in the vehicle
Spray Analyzer Software
-
Image acquisition and processing plus presentation of results
-
Shot-to-shot repeatability of an injector
-
Development over time of spray penetration, opening angle, spray volume, spray surface area, spray cone angle
-
Can be used to provide full control for a test bench, including error/fault management
-
Intuitive user interfaces for use, set-up and maintenance
-
Numerous options for result presentation : graphs, tables, etc
