Injetvision

Vision Chamber

EFS 8212-1A

This steel cavity fitted with up to 4 reinforced borosilicate portholes and capable of withstanding pressure of up to 50 bars is the heart of the Injetvision system. It will enable you to visualize injections in an inert atmosphere thereby reproducing the combustion conditions in a motor. It can be fitted into your existing test bench or it can come as part of a made-to-measure EFS Vision test bench.

The Injetvision system is simple and easy-to-use: you set the parameters such as the injector opening time with the intuitive user interface. With the ICU Injection Control Unit coordinating the injection, the flash lighting and the intensified camera a series of images are captured representing the spray at a specific point of the injection. Using the Spray Analyzer software, you can visualize an entire injection cycle with detailed information on any variations in the injector spray. And throughout the process, the fog extraction system will clean the chamber automatically between injections guaranteeing the reproducibility of your results. Images can be acquired from below (alpha) or from the side (lambda) using a simple system of mirrors.
