This test bench, designed essentially for research and development applications, automatically analyzes gas or diesel injector jets by means of the Injetvision image processing system, giving you the user all the advantages of a high-performance test bench together with the in-depth jet analysis provided by Injetvision. It can also be used for sample testing in a production application.
What sets the Injetvision bench apart from the competition is its capacity to provide shot-to-shot measurement over time - cycles can be programmed to last several hours - providing you not only with exhaustive morphological analysis but also with reliable predictions of jet behaviour. Throughout the analysis process, changes in pressure or changes over time can be studied by means of the averages and standard deviation from the mean provided for each condition. The fog extraction system cleans the chamber automatically between injections - this means that each injection takes place in identical, neutral conditions, giving you the user information that is reliable and reproducible.
