The LPF is designed for testing the shot-to-shot flow for indirect low-pressure gasoline injectors. It has also been successfully adapted for use in urea injection applications.
The LPF creates the input pressure for the injector using gas regulation which guarantees a high degree of stability. Each injection is measured separately and is precise to 0.1 mg thus providing you with standard deviation measurements on the injector. It is designed to give you precise values for: dynamic flow measurement; opening and closing delays; static flow measurement during a long injection; and instantaneous flow at the operating frequencies of the injector.
It can be used to drive the injector and to programme complete test cycles without any other equipment giving you flexibility and autonomy.
