This high performance device for measuring shot-by-shot injection volumes will enable you to control high-energy systems as featured on modern diesel motors. It is ideal in a Research & Development context or for injector production applications as it provides a highly detailed analysis of a single injector channel.

This instantaneous mass flowmeter will enable you to measure up to 10 injections per revolution. It replaces the piston flowmeters and test tube systems found on test benches. It offers ultra rapid, ultra precise measurements of all injection parameters at each revolution: quantity injected, injection rate and opening / closing times. The dedicated XIFR software displays the injection rate, volumes, response times and analog input signals all in real time. One single device will allow you to measure the quantity injected and the injection rate simultaneously. The analog input feature enables you to synchronize the injection with another phenomenon. The IFR will give you instantaneous measurement, minimum, maximum and standard deviation of all the parameters you need.
